Marriage Equality in Colorado

As I'm sure most listeners know from previous podcasts, I'm a lesbian and I think marriage equality is very important. Right now in Colorado they are trying to pass a Civil Unions bill, and it has gone further through the legislature than anything before.

decided I wanted to make that section a little more alive; I am adding my own commentary to the artwork I have done, and turning on comments

Rolling stone calls it "a searing look into the dark mind of the amateurskeptics resident artist"

Time Magazine says "...he wrote...some stuff there...a lot..."

the National Enquirer wrote "Amateurskeptics artist caught in sex scandal with [insert actress here]"

Rush Limbaugh calls it "a transparent liberal plot..."

Non-religious marriage ceremony

My wife’s friend is getting married and doesn’t have much to spend on it. Since I am an ordained minister (There is a whole story to that for a later date) my wife wasted no time in volunteering me to perform the ceremony. As I am non-religious, I explained that the ceremony I would do was going to be non-religious. Taking inspiration from Penn Jillette's 10 Commandments for atheists gave me most of what I centered my ideas around. One thing I wanted to make clear in my ceremony was that as far as I am concerned marriage is a commitment between two people and no one else.
